What is GTP?

Siam’s Graduate Training Program (GTP) is a 3 month bootcamp that helps Trainees understand the implications and practicality of theoretical concepts, by connecting their classroom knowledge to on-field experience. We nurture and empower them to take on real-world projects by providing guidance, mentorship and hands-on project experience.

One of the highlights of the GTP was the immersive learning sessions we participated in. These sessions were designed to give us hands-on experience in tackling real-world projects from scratch. We began by identifying problems, conducting user interviews, consolidating the pain points, brainstorming for solutions, doing the task breakdown, product development, presenting demos, receiving client feedback, iterating and going back to the drawing board. Throughout this process, we learned how to collaborate effectively as a team, iterate on our ideas, and incorporate feedback from stakeholders.

Overall, GTP was a transformative experience that provided us with invaluable learning opportunities and set the foundation for our future success. I can proudly say I am a GTP’ian!
