About the project
Simrun Chopra, a renowned fitness influencer driven by the vision to develop a comprehensive fitness management solution, conceived an initial concept aimed at expanding her current model. Her goal was to enhance processes related to tracking client progress and improving communication between clients and nutritionists.
Throughout our partnership, we delved deeper into understanding their expectations, exploring ways to enhance their revenue streams, identifying metrics tracking to elevate the client experience, and much more. With our Dedicated Product Team model, we supplied a team of Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, Delivery Managers, and Quality Analysts. This team was tasked with thoroughly investigating their challenges down to the root causes and implementing a solution that precisely meets the needs and objectives of their end-users.

Excessive manual tasks and minimal automation
The existing processes for guiding and helping the current client base involved entire manual intervention and hence had become draining & time consuming for the admin team and nutritionists alike.

Limited expansion of outreach and user growth
Due to the current processes, they had their hands full around day to day management and processing and couldn’t expand further and hence had attained a saturation point in terms of growth of their user base.

Lack of product knowledge & specialization
Even though they had a great command over their domain and their user’s needs, the lack of knowledge and the know-how of how to strategize and map a product had been one of their major concerns hindering their growth.
