Roles & Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the existing client base and target potential clients through various lead generation methods,including attending industry events, conferences etc
Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing clients to gain a deep understanding of their IT needs.
Create and execute strategies to upsell and cross-sell IT solutions to clients and Develop and nurture a strong network of contacts within the industry.
Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Close sales deals and achieve or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
Continuously assess client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.
Foster and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
Proven track record in IT business development, sales, or account management and Have a deep understanding of IT products and services.
Willingness to travel to client locations and attend industry events.
Proficiency in customer relationship management
